I. Eligibility
A. Full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students in the College of Management, including transfer students, extended-study students, overseas Chinese students, and international students (please note that international students are not permitted to participate in an exchange or dual-degree program in their home country).
- Undergraduate students are eligible starting from their junior year. Applicants must submit at least the official academic transcripts for their first and second academic years.
- Postgraduate students are eligible starting from their second semester. Applicants must submit at least the official academic transcript from their first semester.
- EMBA students are not eligible to apply.
II. Application Submission (College-Level Outbound Study Program)
Please send the application documents via email to the International Coordinator Ms. Charlotte Chen (email address: charlotte.forworking@ntnu.edu.tw).
A. Please refer to the attachment “2026 Fall Outbound Study Program Prospectus” for the required application documents.
B. Please compile all required documents into a single PDF file in the order listed in Attachment I of the “2025 Outbound Study Program Introduction.”
C. Email Subject Line: “NTNU-COM Outbound Study Application_(Your Department and Year of Study)_(Your Name)”
III. For Students Approved by the College of Management
A. You are required to log in to the OIA online system and complete all subsequent application procedures by May 4, 2026.
B. You must prepare all required documents according to each host university’s schedule and requirements. All documents must be submitted electronically to the College Office for review before being uploaded by students to the respective host universities.
IV. Application Period
The application period is open until 17:00 on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Late submissions will NOT be accepted.
V. Additional Notes
Students who have already been approved for university-level outbound study, as well as those currently applying for either university-level or college-level outbound programs and planning to study abroad in Fall 2026, are all required to submit an application to the College of Management.
