- Students must complete at least 12 credits, including 9 required credits and 3 elective credits.
- This program adopts a certification system. Students may register through the Academic Affairs System during the schedule announced each academic year. Once registered, eligible students are given priority enrollment in courses under this program during course selection. Upon completing the required subjects and credits, students must submit an application form and their transcript. After verification by the program office, they may apply for the certificate from the Office of Academic Affairs.
- NTNU students who have fulfilled graduation requirements for their major but not yet completed the credit program, or students who have completed at least one-third of the total program credits without prior registration, may apply to extend their study period. Otherwise, their eligibility will be considered forfeited. However, students admitted to master’s or doctoral programs in the NTU System may apply to continue the program after enrollment.
- Any matters not covered in these guidelines shall be handled according to the relevant NTNU regulations.
- These guidelines shall be implemented upon approval by the Academic Affairs Meeting. Amendments shall follow the same procedure.

During the application period (when the system is open), please fill in your preferences online (up to 5 options) to complete registration.
- NTNU students: Log in to the Academic Portal → Academic Affairs → Day Division Academic System (Student) → Credit Programs → Apply
- NTU & NTUST students: Log in to the NTU System Academic Portal → Online Credit Program Application

Admission Results
Results will be announced in June each year. Admitted students gain the right to enroll in the program—no check-in required.
