Position Overview

The College invites applications for a Full-time (Contract) Faculty Position in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Behavior (OB) at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank.

Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching and research, aligned with the college’s mission.

Qualifications
  • Degree: Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, or closely related fields.
  • Publication: Demonstrated ability or potential for publishing in high-impact journals (SSCI/SCI/TSSCI).
  • English Proficiency: Ability to conduct English Medium Instruction (EMI) courses is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Passion for teaching excellence and student mentorship.
Teaching Areas

Candidates capable of instructing courses in the following areas are preferred:

  • Human Resource Management
  • Organizational Behavior
  • Cross-Cultural Management (EMI)
  • Seminar in HRM/OB
Compensation
Assistant Professor NT$82,360+ / mo
Associate Professor NT$92,610+ / mo
Bonus 1.5 Months Base Salary
