Position Overview

The College invites applications for full-time faculty positions at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank. The positions are flexible to accommodate various teaching and research interests.

Start Date: August 1, 2026 (Subject to funding).

Qualifications

Education: Ph.D. in Finance, Business Management, Operations Management, Accounting, or related fields.
Preference: Applicants from AACSB-accredited schools and active researchers with professional experience.
Expertise: Proficiency in Sustainability, AI, and Big Data relevant to the field is highly desirable.

Business Management

Strategic Management (Undergraduate)

Financial Management

Sustainable Finance (UG/Grad)
FinTech and Applications (UG/Grad)
Corporate M&A Valuation (Grad)
Derivatives / International Financial Mgt. (Grad)

Accounting

Corporate Sustainability Disclosure (UG/Grad)
Financial Statement Analysis (Grad)

Operations Management

Special Topics on Sustainability Applications (UG/Grad)

Compensation

Assistant Professor NT$82,360+ / mo

Associate Professor NT$92,610+ / mo

Bonus 1.5 Months Base Salary
