Applications for the Fall 2026 (115-1) Outbound Exchange / Dual Degree Programs and related scholarships will close at 5:00 PM on January 21. Late submissions will NOT be accepted. Students are strongly advised to pay close attention to the timeline and complete all application procedures as early as possible.

Students intending to apply for the exchange program who encounter any technical issues while using the Office of International Affairs (OIA) online application system are requested to email the complete set of application documents to the College coordinator in advance.
For both exchange and dual degree applications, the official submission time will be determined by the time the complete application materials are received by the College coordinator, not by the system submission time.

Application Procedures

I. Exchange Program Application

1. Download the application form and preference form from the OIA online system.
2. If the OIA system is inaccessible or unavailable, please use the application form provided on the College website instead.
3. Prepare all required documents in accordance with College regulations and upload them to the OIA system.
4. Email the complete set of application materials to the College coordinator.

II. Dual Degree Program Application

1. Download the application form and preference form from the College website.
2. Prepare all required documents in accordance with College regulations and email the complete application materials to the College coordinator.
