01.簡介

國立台灣師範大學企業管理學系英文組 Department of Business Administration (English-taught Program)，於2025年8月啟動。企管系英文組（BA-ETP）學程設置於擁有AACSB認證的管理學院，享有管理學院之專業學術資源，確保我們的課程獲得國際認可和品質保證。我們的教育原則是培養具有國際視野的專業商管人才。為達成此一目標，BA-ETP整合管理學院全院的資源，為學生提供多元化的管理專業學習體驗。

企業管理學系英文組（BA-ETP）是一個與時俱進的全英學系，未來課程發展將強調以下幾點：

  • 商業智慧與數據分析：以大數據進行驅動商業創新的分析技術。

 

05.產學合作

企業管理學系英文組（BA-ETP）強調理論與實務的緊密結合，透過產學合作項目和實習課程，學生將有機會直接參與企業運作，獲取寶貴的職場經驗。我們與多家領先的企業和組織建立了緊密的合作關係，確保學生能夠在真實的商業環境中應用所學，提升實戰能力，並為未來的職業生涯做好充分準備。實習課程讓學生能夠在實習中發展專業技能並建立職場人脈。

企業管理學系英文組（BA-ETP）促進多元文化的學習環境。BA-ETP 的國際學生將有機會透過與企管系台灣學生的學伴計劃進行互動，不僅增強語言能力，還深入理解不同的文化觀點，豐富學生的全球視野和專業網絡。

企業管理學系英文組（BA-ETP）學生可以透過管理學院的交換計劃，在本院精心挑選的合作院校學習與課程相關的商業課程。此外，國際事務處管理的大學級交換計劃則提供更廣泛的學科與學校選擇，讓學生體驗多元的學術領域

Welcome to the Business Administration – English-Taught Program (BA-ETP) at National Taiwan Normal University! I’m delighted you’ve chosen to take this first step toward your professional future with us. Choosing BA-ETP means you are ready to challenge yourself, expand your skills, and embrace new opportunities in your college life — and we are here to guide and support you every step of the way.
During your time here, you will build a strong foundation in business — management, marketing, finance, and data analytics — while also developing essential skills in leadership, cross-cultural communication, and strategic thinking. Beyond academics, life at NTNU is vibrant and welcoming, with inspiring classmates, active student clubs, and exciting campus events. You might compete in a business challenge, join a cultural festival, or spend an evening enjoying night market snacks with friends. Studying in Taiwan offers not only excellent academic opportunities but also the chance to immerse yourself in a safe, friendly, and dynamic culture — the perfect setting for your university years.

My best tip for making the most of college life is to be curious, be brave, and say yes to new experiences. University is the time to explore, to make mistakes, and to learn from them. Treasure these years, because they will pass faster than you imagine.
