The College of Management, National Taiwan Normal University, is delighted to welcome Dr Anya Phelan for an upcoming speech “Innovation for a Sustainable Future."

國立臺灣師範大學管理學院誠摯歡迎Anya Phelan博士蒞臨演講，主題為【永續發展的創新之道】。

 

Dr Phelan’s research centers on sustainable development and circular innovation, with a particular focus on how entrepreneurship can address complex social and environmental challenges. Her work emphasizes circularity and locally driven solutions designed for remote, marginalized, and resource-constrained regions.

Phelan博士的學術專長主要聚焦於永續發展與循環創新，尤其關注創業如何應對複雜的社會與環境挑戰。她的研究強調循環性與在地化的創新方案，針對偏遠、弱勢與資源受限地區提供發展永續的解決之道。

 

With extensive experience in both academia and practice, Dr Phelan teaches, consults, and conducts research in the areas of entrepreneurship, circular economy, and social impact, emphasizing applied and collaborative approaches. She works closely with industry partners, government agencies (including CSIRO), and communities to co-design innovative solutions to real-world sustainability and business issues. Her experience includes collaborations with remote and coastal communities in Indonesia, as well as First Nations communities across Australia.

Phelan博士兼具學術與實務經驗，長期從事創業相關、循環經濟與社會影響力等領域之教學、研究與顧問工作，注重實踐導向與跨領域合作。她與業界、政府機構(如澳洲聯邦科學與工業研究組織CSIRO)及各地社區緊密合作，共同設計創新方案，以解決實際的永續與商業議題。她亦曾與印尼沿海與偏遠地區、及澳洲原住民族社群合作，擁有豐富的跨文化實務經驗。
